For our final presentation, we made a viral video for The Salvation Army. The goal of our video was to raise awareness about #redkettlereason campaign. This campaign was designed to unite people under the mission of the salvation army and encourage them to give back to the community during the holiday season.
We wanted to use a light and happy video to get the message across, which will allow people to enjoy giving during the season, as opposed to feeling bad for others.
All four of our group members both drew and provided voiceovers for the video.
To spread the video, we believe running it across many platforms will the most effective. We want to start the video on Youtube and television, but we are hoping the hashtag itself will be incorporated into many social media platforms.
