You may know a bar tender, family member or friend that can really shake up a tasty drink, but did you every think what goes into that delicious beverage? Well, that is something the person preparing your drink thinks of every time they set out to make the perfect drink. It is an art in-and-of itself. If everybody could do it, everybody would do it. There was a time when this was true. If you did not know how to mix a drink, what to put in it, or how much, fear no more.

The B4RM4N is a revolutionary tool/app among the mixologist, new comers and veterans among the cocktail world. I know this is something that I could have used on more than one occasion. It is a sensor composed three-peiced cocktail shaker that takes almost all of the work off of you. You could be the life of the party at your next dinner party, mixer, get together, or merely hanging out with your friends. It is that simple. This device is equipped with a weight sensor, accelerometers and last but not least a Bluetooth radio that allows the shaker to send data to our smartphone. Of course, everything is better with Bluetooth.

The hardest part of your job is going to be actually shaking the drink up. It is does not always have to be alcoholic drinks. You can also serve up fruit cocktails, smoothies (of certain consistency), or even chocolate milk. Be creative. When you own such a revolutionary piece of technology, you are truly your own boss.

And, if you want to have one of your own someday, now is the time to jump aboard. According to B4RM4N‘s creator and inventors, they are hoping to raise roughly $100k jumpstart to help start mass productions of this product. If the said funding is to come fourth, the product is expected to cot about $89 to $159. Not a bad price to become a professional cocktail artist overnight, the life of the party, or simply whip up a delicious and healthy drink for a loved one.

  1. This is super cool! However, I think 89 – 159 dollars is a pretty wide price range. Also, it would interesting if the app had a social aspect to it as well. If I bought this, I would want to see what kind of drinks my friends were making, and maybe even have the ability to share recipes of my own!
